A: The website migration service on offer at NetAll by UESE ITALIA is completely free of cost and involves transferring all your website files, databases and emails from your current hosting provider to your brand new web hosting account with us. We will also fine–tune all the configuration settings required for your sites to be completely functional on our next–generation cloud hosting platform.Our technicians are fully capable of transferring any sort of website. With years of experience behind their backs, they are well–versed in the specificities of our web hosting platform, our Control Panel and all other popular Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom application with lots of custom libraries is as elementary as moving a plain WordPress weblog.

A: While we cannot give you an exact time window, because there are plenty of variables, including the size of the files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our very best to move your site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (if the website content is not very large).

A: We do not need any sensitive info. We will require, however, the login info for your current hosting account along with the name of the website that you would like to migrate.

A: Your site will continue to work exactly like it did before with your previous web hosting provider. After we have completed the transfer, your website will be configured to work on our system and we will ask you to preview it. If it is functioning correctly, all you will have to do is update the NS resource records corresponding to your domain. Your site will be transferred over to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: No. Aside from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we will not require anything. We’ll never get in touch with your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: We can transfer your website from any web hosting provider or any Linux–driven hosting platform given that we can obtain access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only web sites that we cannot migrate are those based on closed–source software apps such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
