And in the event of a service failure, our sysadmins will be notified automatically and they will resolve the issue as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a Linux VPS Web Hosting Package definitely isn’t the easiest thing in the world. You will either have to use some other server or your personal computer, alternatively depend on a third–party solution. Our company offers a far simpler way with our Optional Managed Services package. We will create a full backup copy of your virtual server every week, so you never have to be worried about losing key data. Last but not least we can always recover a backup really fast. All backups we make are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a Linux VPS Web Hosting Package, you have total freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. However, certain scripts are more difficult to run and might require some additional configuration from you. This is when our Optional Managed Services option can help you out. It includes half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting operations – in other words you will be able to basically hire one of our proficient server admins for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software application that you want. Or have him take care of a problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.
