The WHOIS info associated with your domain will become publicly visible to everybody immediately after the domain registration procedure itself. You can evade that by ordering an Whois Privacy Protection service for your domain name. With it, your own personal or corporate information, including your name, e–mail address and physical address, will be substituted with fictional information. To activate Whois Privacy Protection for your domain, just choose the domain name and then click the Whois Privacy Protection button to activate this service.

This specific service is available with the majority of the generic and country–code TLD extensions that we offer. Have a closer look at the TLD information page on our website to see which domain extensions are Whois Privacy Protection–eligible.

Each domain owner is required to provide complete and precise registrant information. This is the so–called WHOIS information. As it should be as up to date as possible, it often has to be updated.
